Owner and Chef, Justin Delaney, was raised in the heart of Niagara Region’s wine country. From an early age, he developed a passion for cooking alongside his father, learning the joy of creating meals that bring people together. Justin began his professional journey as a dishwasher in his early teens, gaining firsthand insight into the dynamics of a busy kitchen. As he progressed through various kitchen roles, he honed his skills and deepened his understanding of the culinary industry.

After completing his Cook Apprenticeship and graduating from the Niagara Culinary Institute, Justin gained experience across a range of establishments, from cozy cafés to fine dining restaurants. Today, Chef Delaney focuses on crafting simple, flavorful dishes designed to delight every guest. His philosophy: “Creating your Perfect Plate.”
